Over The Top is a non-profit arts organization dedicated to supporting Ottawa’s underground music, arts, and cultural communities. We create inclusive, community-driven spaces where emerging artists and cultural workers can connect, experiment, and be seen. Through interdisciplinary programming and events like Uncover Ottawa, we honour Ottawa’s creative history while investing in the voices shaping its cultural future.
